True stewards of the land, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, in partnership with WCI Communities, Inc., sought the expertise of golf legend Raymond Floyd to design 18 holes of golf that would make history as the first course in the world to receive Audubon International’s Gold Signature Sanctuary Certification. Recently honored as a Florida Green Lodge, our Florida vacation golf resort has made a commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable practices.

Each hole was carefully crafted to blend with the environment, leaving a beautiful course with natural surroundings. Under the guidance of Audubon International, we have developed an ecological design that preserved the most valuable habitats on site and restored nearly 25 acres of wetlands. With no residential sites on the property, the natural surroundings encourage the appearance of protected wild creatures including the American Bald Eagle, Great Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets and even the very shy Whooping Crane.

In keeping with the highest level of luxury and service at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, all packages here include our most exclusive programs, The Premier Custom Schools and Signature Custom Schools.  The custom school features your own personal Golf Digest certified instructor, working only with you, for your entire school. Unlike other Golf Digest School programs, The Custom School allows you to schedule your golf school any dates you wish.  Programs are available starting any day of the week 365 Days of the year.

Three Day Signature Golf Schools

• 4 Hours of instruction daily 2.5 Hours on range- 1.5 Hours on course

• Basic V1 Computer video swing review

• 18 Holes of Golf after instruction including greens fee and cart
• Covers full swing, short game, trouble shots. You'll go home with a custom game improvement plan designed just for you by your Golf Digest instructor.
